Treatment Services

Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio provides confidential comprehensive treatment services for adults and adolescents. All programs included treatment services for family members and continuing care programs to provide ongoing support once primary treatment is completed.

Henry County OfficeTreatment is tailored to meet the special needs of each client. Prior to admission, a comprehensive assessment of the client's needs is completed and becomes the basis for the client's initial treatment plan. All treatment programs include:

  • Comprehensive Assessments
  • Individual Treatment Plans
  • Individual Therapy, Group Therapy and Educational Sessions
  • Family Services
  • Introduction to Community Support
  • Case Management as needed

Adult Services

Adult Treatment Services provide the client and his/her family members with a variety of treatment options. Adult services for the client with co-occurring chemical dependency and mental health diagnosis include:

  • Suboxone Treatment
  • Men's and Women's Residential Treatment Centers
  • Outpatient Counseling Services
  • Defensive Driving Course
  • 8 Hour Adult Education Program
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Family Services
  • Chemical Dependency Services and Mental Health Services provided at CCNO (regional jail)
  • Psychiatric services

IDDT - Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment

The Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment model is an evidence-based program designed to improve the quality of life for perople with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio offers the IDDT model, which makes it possible for clients to address both mental health and substance use issues at the same time, in the same place with the same providers.

Adolescent Services

Adolescent Programs are designed specifically to address the special needs of adolescents and their parents. Adolescent services include:

  • Outpatient Counseling Services
  • Family Services
  • Juvenile Detention Center
  • Adolescent Education Program

Prevention Services

A Response to the Community. Recovery Services offers a variety of prevention services, including consultation, lectures, seminars, workshops and educational materials. Designed to increase public awareness and understanding of the abuse of alcohol and other drugs, these services are available to various groups:

  • SAMSHA approved, evidence-based school programs
  • Community group coalitions
  • Drug-Free Workplace Trainings
  • Adolescent early intervention programming
  • HIV/AIDS prevention education

Driver Intervention Program

Working cooperatively with area courts, the structured 72-hour Residential Driver Intervention Program provides assessment, education and structured group activities to assist individuals in intervening with their harmful involvement with alcohol and other drugs. A certified remedial driving course is also offered.

Professional Staff

The treatment and prevention specialists of Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio possess a range of qualifications, experience and professional credentials. Counselors and Prevention Specialists/Educators are licensed by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board and the Ohio Counselor, Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapist Board. The agency also has licensed psychiatrists on staff.

Fees

Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio's services are offered to adults and adolescents, without discrimination on the grounds of race, creed, religion, sex or national origin. Fees are based on individual income levels, with no one refused service because of income or inability to pay. Treatment services may be covered by the ADAMhs Board of Purchase of Care Agreement and may be of no cost to the client, for those individuals who qualify. Medicaid, insurance and third-party payment is also accepted.
