Confidential Support for Those Who Serve.
Important: This program is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911 or 988.
You show up for others in high-stress, high-stakes moments. This program exists to support you with the same commitment. We offer first responders in the four-county area (Defiance, Williams, Henry, and Fulton) the ability to engage in local, quality mental health services through a confidential telehealth platform.
Our confidential, secure telehealth services are designed specifically for first responders. We serve:
Police and local law enforcement
Firefighters
EMS
Dispatchers
Corrections officers
We provide trusted support from professionals who understand the realities of the job. Our services include:
Mental health services and general support
Crisis and suicide prevention services
Grief and line-of-duty loss support
Trauma support
We respect the work you do and the desire for confidentiality. Access care on your terms—privately, securely, and without impact to your career—so you can stay well, resilient, and ready for what comes next.
100% Virtual Access: Engage with a therapist entirely virtually, from your initial phone call through your treatment. Clinical staff will see you through telehealth without the need to present to the office.
Convenience & Flexibility: Services are conducted via secure video and are accessible from home or a private location. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different shifts of availability.
Virtual Assessments: Schedule assessments via telehealth, provided there are no imminent, emergency concerns that would warrant engaging in person.
Secure Paperwork: Submit all necessary paperwork online in a secure format.
Insurance Coverage: We are paneled by multiple commercial insurance companies, so your services can be covered by health insurance.
