We are here for you!

Open Access is an agency wide program designed to allow a much easier and quicker entry into treatment.

When you are ready for treatment, you can be seen either that day, or the next through our Open Access Program.

There is no longer a need to wait for an appointment time. Simply come in at 9:30 am or 1:30 pm Monday – Friday, at any one of our outpatient offices in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, or Williams County.

Simply pick the time, place most convenient for you, and show up with required documentation.

We have several staff available, and will use telehealth so we can have access to other clinical staff regardless of where you present.

The assessment will be completed in one session and treatment can begin immediately.
